We have recently had 2 inspections at 2 of our homes. On Monday and Tuesday  Lighthouse was inspected.We await eagerly for the outcome from this inspection. We did receive positive feedback from the CQC inspecting officer about how we interact and care for the service users and many other areas of our support and care which is very pleasing. The staff continue to do a wonderful job ensuring everyone who is supported is done so in a person centred way.

At Beacon House and at Fairmead Lodge we received 2 good ratings. With both reports being very complimentary to the way we deliver our care and support. We continue to strive to not just be good but to be outstanding and this is something that we will continue to aim to be.

I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to the staff for all their hard work and dedication. They continue to go the extra mile and delivery support in a person centred approach. They never complain but they continue to smile and at the same time having real positive impact on the lives of those they support. With the hard work and dedication you continue to put in, it wont be very long before we will be outstanding.
