We are very pleased to announce that the new respite at lighthouse unit is now open, offering short term stays as well as respite during the day. We feel this offers something very unique and exciting to those who wish to use this service.
We have 6 bedrooms with 1 kept open as an emergency bedroom, We also have fantastic art room and games room. Each room equipped with its own personal en-suite system, the people in this respite unit will have no concerns with dignity!
We want to make the people who stay either the day or for longer really enjoy their time with us, so we will be offering the following services:
- – Cooking with staff
- – Arts and crafts (including writing letter)
- – Games in the evening
- – Themed week
- – Gaming on a game console
- – Gardening/growing veg
- – and much more…
Being only a 10 minute walk away from the beach, a 5 minute walk away from the park and a 10 minute bus ride to town. We truly have facilities around us that everyone can enjoy!
